Sinsay Gray Toothbrush Organizing Cup
- Efficient use of space: It can be placed in a countertop, and the space can be planned reasonably to organize the toothbrush cups in an orderly manner, making the washbasin no longer messy, clean and refreshing.
- Storage of multiple toothbrushes: Whether it is a regular toothbrush or a battery powered toothbrush, it can be easily placed to meet the storage needs of different toothbrushes, with strong practicality.
- Stable placement of cup rack: The mouthwash cup rack is partially stable, making it less likely for the cup to tip over after placement, avoiding the cup from falling and damaging, and making use more worry free.
- Draining to keep dry: With a draining function, residual water in the cup can be quickly drained after washing, keeping the cup dry.
- Detachable structure easy to clean: The cup rack and base adopt a split model, and after disassembly, there are no dead corners when rinsing, making it easy to take out stubborn scale.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details, and are shown in full before you confirm your order.
2. Payment on delivery
Orders are paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please have the full order amount, including shipping, ready in USD or L.L. Couriers cannot provide change for large notes.
You may inspect the package for visible damage before paying. If the package is visibly damaged or the wrong item, refuse it and contact us the same day.
3. Processing and delivery time
For deliveries within Lebanon, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from order placement, including processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if your order will take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location, carrier performance, or factors outside our control. Delivery outside Lebanon varies by destination; contact us for an estimate before ordering.
4. Shipping method and tracking
Orders ship via Wakilni. Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery 2 times. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
If delivery fails because the address or phone number provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because no one was available across all attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee before shipping again.
Refusing a correctly delivered order is not a cancellation. Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the return is due to our error — a wrong, defective, damaged or misdescribed item — in which case we cover shipping in both directions.
