Exchange Policy
- The exchange request will be accepted within 10 days after the client receives the order.
- Refunds will be credited to the wallet once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Whole Psyllium Husk, also popularly known as Ispaghula or Isabgol, is the husk of Plantago Ovata’s seeds. Nabat’s Natural Whole Psyllium Husk is a non-GMO, vegan-friendly, gluten-free product that is a high source of dietary fiber and other nutrients. These husks are coated with a substance called mucilage that thickens and swells into a gel when it is soaked in water. This gel is a perfect substitute for gluten in low-carb flours like almond and coconut flour making it a key ingredient in keto-friendly baking recipes.
