Returns
You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:
•The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
•you should be a member at our club.•Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g., perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items or underwear and swimwear)
Exchange Policy
- The exchange request will be accepted within 10 days after the client receives the order.
- Refunds will be credited to the wallet once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
- If the customer places a new order within 10 days, we will pick up the returned item along with the new delivery.
- If the customer does not place a new order within this period, a $3 delivery fee will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the wallet.
