Cole Haan Women's Black Vaya Tassel Loafers
The Cole Haan Vaya is a pointed-toe tassel loafer for women who want a refined, versatile flat that works as well in the office as it does on a casual day out. It takes the classic loafer silhouette and gives it a more fashion-forward edge with its sharp pointed toe and decorative tassel detail.
The upper is crafted in smooth black leather with a clean, minimal finish. A black leather tassel with a gold/bronze ring accent sits at the vamp, adding a subtle but distinctive detail without being overdone. Slim cut-out openings along the sides lighten the silhouette and give the shoe a more contemporary feel, while the tan leather lining adds a warm contrast inside.
The low stacked wood-tone block heel provides a slight lift of around 2–3 cm — enough to add a little height while keeping the shoe comfortable and easy to walk in throughout the day.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details, and are shown in full before you confirm your order.
2. Payment on delivery
Orders are paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please have the full order amount, including shipping, ready in USD or L.L. Couriers cannot provide change for large notes.
You may inspect the package for visible damage before paying. If the package is visibly damaged or the wrong item, refuse it and contact us the same day.
3. Processing and delivery time
For deliveries within Lebanon, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from order placement, including processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if your order will take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with location, carrier performance, or factors outside our control. Delivery outside Lebanon varies by destination; contact us for an estimate before ordering.
4. Shipping method and tracking
Orders ship via Wakilni. Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery 2 times. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
If delivery fails because the address or phone number provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because no one was available across all attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee before shipping again.
Refusing a correctly delivered order is not a cancellation. Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the return is due to our error — a wrong, defective, damaged or misdescribed item — in which case we cover shipping in both directions.
