Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.5. Delivery attempts and failed deliveriesOur courier will attempt delivery 2 times. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the order.If delivery fails because the address or phone number provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because no one was available across all attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee before shipping again.Refusing a correctly delivered order is not a cancellation.
