Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds when an item is defective, damaged in transit, tampered with, not the item you ordered, or materially different from its description.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@superdokan.com with your order number and photos or other evidence of the issue. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, unless the item is defective.
How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are issued as SuperDokan store credit, applied to your account once we receive and inspect the returned item. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.
Not eligible for refund:
- Perishable goods, including food and flowers
- Hygiene, sanitary and personal care items
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital or downloadable products once delivered
- Gift cards
- Sale and discounted items
- Orders under $5
Items showing obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by us may receive partial credit at our discretion.
The sale-item, $5 and used-condition exclusions do not apply when an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Those are always eligible.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order at no cost before it is handed to our courier. Email contact@superdokan.com with your order number. Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Refusing delivery is not a cancellation. [Insert your consequence — this is the clause that protects you on COD, and it needs to say something you will actually enforce.]
Exchanges
We replace items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery at support@superdokan.com.
Return shipping
If the problem is our error — a wrong, defective, damaged or misdescribed item — we cover return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is your responsibility.
General
We inspect all returned items before approving a refund, credit or exchange.
