Baba ghanouge , is a Levantine or Syrian dish of mashed, cooked eggplant that is mixed with tahina , olive oil, and various seasonings. The traditional preparation method is for the eggplant to be baked or broiled over an open flame before peeling, so that the pulp is soft and has a smoky taste. It is a typical meze (starter), often eaten as a dip with pita bread, and is sometimes added to other dishes.

- The exchange request will be accepted within 10 days after the client receives the order.
- Refunds will be credited to the wallet once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
- If the customer places a new order within 10 days, we will pick up the returned item along with the new delivery.
- If the customer does not place a new order within this period, a $3 delivery fee will be deducted from the amount to be credited to the wallet.
