Ingredients: Deionized Aqua, Calcium Carbonate, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Sodium Bicarbonate Hydrated Silica, Sodium Lauryl Sultate Disodium Phosphate, Titanium Dioxide. Aroma, Menthol, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Saccharin, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Sodium Fluoride, Methyl Paraben, D-Lemonene, Active Ingredent: Sodium Fluoride 0.31% (1400ppm)
USAGE: Brush at least twice a day for 3 minutes. It should not be used more than 3 times a day. Brush the toothpaste by applying it to the toothbrush, or apply a pea-sized amount of paste to the sensitive area with a clean fingertip gently for 1 minute (maximum 2 times a day) before brushing, and then brush your teeth with a toothbrush. After brushing, rinse your mouth and spit and close the tube cap after each use.
